Vick Naresh is a Mumbai-born contemporary artist living and working in Hamilton, Canada. His practice unfolds through layered abstraction, where biomorphic forms and geometric structures coalesce into imagined environments shaped by colour and material presence.
Engaging questions of displacement, memory, and identity, Naresh’s work draws from lived experience alongside art historical, spiritual, and scientific frameworks. These paintings attend to the intangible, positioning abstraction as a space where time, perception, and recollection remain in constant flux.

His recent solo shows include “Blooms of the Monsoon” with Dianna Witte Gallery, Toronto (2025), "You Are Many Faces" at the Assembly Gallery (2025) & “Fragility in Beauty” with CAMP Gallery, Miami (2024). He is a 2025 Salt Spring National Art Prize finalist and has exhibited at ART Toronto with Dianna Witte Gallery (2025, 2024). Previously, his work has been included in group shows at Monica Reyes Gallery, Vancouver, Canada (2024); 19 Karen Gallery, Brisbane, Australia (2022); The Hamilton Artist's Inc. (2024) and Art Gallery of Hamilton (2024). His work was featured at The 2024 & 2025 Art With Heart Auction in support of Casey House Toronto.
His paintings are held in numerous private collections in Canada, USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and have been featured in local and international media broadcasts such as The Saatchi Art Catalogue, Formation.art, House & Garden UK, Opaloma, House & Home Canada, Toronto Star, and The Hamilton Spectator.
